The Antimonopoly Office regularly provide an information on its activity. A main goal of this rubric is to remove off a cover upon this important authority in the way of construction and enforcement of competition rules related to a market economy. The most significant part of the mentioned information if especially focused on the initiated administrative proceedings, which the Office has started in a matter of infringement of the Act No. 188/1994 Coll. of Laws on Protection of the Economic Competition and on the issued decisions.

Since 1 January 1999 it is available for persons to inform themselves on documents concerning the issued decisions of the Office, which came into force, in the Office's library where it is also possible to ask for copying of the mentioned decisions.
