Bid rigging

Collusion in public procurement (so-called bid rigging) is specific form of a cartel when the tender participants agree in advance on mutual non-competing, thus the purpose and aim of public procurement is frustrated.

The Office prepared several documents in which it explains why bid rigging is harmful, what the indications of collusion are and it recommends how to prepare a tender to minimise the risk of collusion.
