European Competition Authorities (ECA)

The organisation of European Competition Authorities (ECA) was established in April 2001 in Amsterdam as a forum for discussion of the competition authorities in the European Economic Area with the aim to cooperate and thus to enhance effective application of competition principles.

Cooperation in this area is developed through the organisation of meetings of the competition authorities of the competition authorities organized in the ECA, also within working groups and through the exchange of information.
