CARTELS: AMO SR stopped the administrative proceedings in the matter of a possible anticompetitive agreement in public procurement in the field of prevention of floods and drought

On 2 February 2017 the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic, Department of Cartels, (hereafter "the Office") stopped the administrative proceedings conducted in the matter of a possible agreement restricting competition concluded between the undertakings EUCOS SK, sro, Čaňa, BUILD SYSTEMS, s.r.o., Košice and Ján Bystriansky BRICK-BOX ENGINEERING, Košice in connection with public procurement contract entitled Zemplín – the prevention of floods and drought – ZEMPPAS as stated in the Journal of public procurement on 3 January 2014 under the No. 62-WYP.
The Office stopped the administrative proceedings because it has not been proved that the parties infringed the provisions of the Act No. 136/2001 Coll. on Protection of Competition, as amended.
The decision came into force on 22 February 2017.
