On 4 June 2014 the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic initiated the administrative proceedings in the matter of concentration grounded in acquisition of the exclusive direct control of the undertaking NAY a.s., Bratislava over the enterprises of the undertakings Electro World (Slovak Republic), s.r.o., Bratislava and Electro World s.r.o., Praha. The undertakings act in the sector of electronics retail sale.
Third parties, namely natural and legal persons may submit their comments, objections and information on notified concentrations to the Office. We ask the third parties to submit their comments to the Office as soon as possible after the notification is published. This would enable the Office (considering the observance of legal periods) to deal with these comments within the first phase of notified concentration assessment.
