On May 7, 2013 the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic initiated the proceedings in the matter of concentration consisting according the Notification of concentration in acquisition of indirect joint control of Ing. Michal Holík and Dr. Stephan Fanderl over the enterprise of undertaking Diligentia R.C., s. r. o., Bratislava and TERNO Slovensko, consumer cooperative, Bratislava

Third parties, namely natural and legal persons may submit their comments, objections and information on notified concentrations to the Office. We ask the third parties to submit their comments to the Office as soon as possible after the notification is published. This would enable the Office (considering the observance of legal periods) to deal with these comments within the first phase of notified concentration assessment.
