Welcome to the Electronic Registry of the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic. We hope you will be satisfied with the services of Electronic Registry.

System enables to submit the electronic submission through e-mail message signed by Qualified Electronic Signature and sent to the address podatelna@antimon.gov.sk, or personally at data medium (USB key, CD, DVD).

You may deliver data medium also personally to Registry of the Antimonopoly Office, Drienova 24, 826 03 Bratislava from Monday to Friday from 8,30 to 14,00.

Electronic submissions requirements:

  • Only submissions signed by Qualified Electronic Signature are accepted. Files are accepted in *.RTF, *.PDF, *.TIFF and *.PNG formats. Each submission must be sent by single e-mail message. If submission consists of more electronic documents it must be positively marked which one of the documents is the submission itself and which are the attachments. Maximum accepted size of electronic submission (e-mail message including all attachments) is 5 MB. Electronic Registry receives the submissions only in the time period from Monday to Friday from 8,30 to 14,00; submissions received at the address podatelna@antimon.gov.sk beyond this time will be automatically rejected.

Receipt and treatment of the electronic submission

  • Immediately after receipt of e-mail the sender will receive a message informing him/her that his/her submission is being verified. Message content will be monitored in the view of its legibility, validity of electronic signature and presence of virus infiltrations. If any control proves the incorrectness, the submission is not accepted by the Registry and the sender will be informed on reason of rejection by an electronic confirmation. If the controls prove the correctness, the Electronic Registry will send the electronic confirmation proving the acceptance of submission. If the submission was delivered at data medium, the confirmation will be provided in written form together with data medium. After receipt of electronic submission the electronic documents are treated identically as the common submissions.

Electronic submissions treatment is adjusted by the relevant acts and standards regarding the use of electronic signature and electronic registry, namely by the Act No. 215/2002 Coll. on Electronic Signature and by the NBU Regulation No. 136/2009 Coll. on the Way and Procedure of Using Electronic Signature in Business and Administration Relations.
