The AMO SR approved the concentration grounded in acquisition of indirect exclusive control by undertaking Wood & Company Group S.A. over the part of the enterprise of the undertaking Zentiva

The Division of Concentrations of the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic approved on February 21, 2013 the concentration grounded in acquisition of indirect exclusive control by undertaking Wood & Company Group S.A., based in Munsbach, Luxembourg over the part of the enterprise of the undertaking Zentiva based in Bratislava, Slovak Republic.

The decision came into force on February 21, 2013.
