The AMO SR approved the concentration grounded in creating of joint venture SGL Lindner GmbH & Co. KG, Germany of undertakings SGL CARBON Beteiligung GmbH, Germany and Lindner Aktiengesellschaft Decken-, Boden-, Trennwandsystem, Germany

The Division of Concentrations of the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic approved on January 14, 2013 the concentration grounded in creating of joint venture SGL Lindner GmbH & Co. KG  based in Arnstorf, Germany, which will be under joint control of SGL CARBON Beteiligung GmbH, Germany and Lindner Aktiengesellschaft Decken-, Boden-, Trennwandsystem, Germany and which will perform all the functions of independent economic subject.

The decision came into force on January 14, 2013.
