The AMO SR approved the concentration of undertakings J&T FINANCE GROUP and Poštová banka

e Division of Concentrations of the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic approved on April 26, 2013 the concentration grounded in acquisition of indirect exclusive control by undertaking J&T FINANCE GROUP, a. s., Bratislava, Slovak Republic over the undertaking Poštová banka, a. s., Bratislava, Slovak Republic.

The decision came into force on April 26, 2013.
