On August 12, 2013 the Division of Concentrations of the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic stopped the proceeding in the matter of concentration, which should according to the notification consist in acquisition of indirect joint control of undertakings Ing. Peter Zálešák and Ing. Ján Tomáš over the enterprise of undertaking NAY a. s., Bratislava. As transaction doesn´t meet notification turnover criteria and isn´t subject to control by the Office, the Office stopped the proceedings.
The decision came into force on August 27, 2013.
