The correctness of the AMO SR decision upeld also in relation to VÚB

The Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic upheld on May 22, 2013 the correctness of AMO SR decision in the mater of banks cartel in relation to next one from the three banks – Všeobecná úverová banka, a. s.. The Supreme Court dismissed the complaint of Všeobecná úverová banka, a. s. against the AMO SR and thus upheld the Office decision from 2009 in relation to this bank, by which the Office imposed a fine of € 3 810 461 on Všeobecná úverová banka, a. s. for participating in cartel.
