The AMO SR fined real estate agencies for price and sales restriction agreement

 The Office fined five real estate agencies for determination of range of commission, the height of processing fee and commitment not to compete, assessing it as agreement on prices and sales restriction. Three of the undertakings used the settlement in consequence of which the fine was reduced by 30 %. As it concerns the smaller undertakings with lower revenues, the total fine was € 4131. In this case the Office focused on precautionary and educational effect of the fine.
