STATE AID: EC published a consolidated version of the General Block Exemption Regulation (GBER)

The consolidated version of the document Commission Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of the Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty is available at the EC´s website.
At the European Commission´s website, it has published the consolidated version of the document “Commission Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of the Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty“ (hereafter “Commission Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014“), amended and supplemented by all existing amendments (including the recent amendment, which is the Commission Regulation (EU) No. 2021/1237 of 23 July 2021 [hereafter “Commission Regulation (EU) No. 2021/1237“]).
