AMO SR continues restricting office days and hours and recommends communicating preferentially electronically

The Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic (hereafter “AMO SR“) informs you that in the period from 3 March 2021 until a further announcement the employees of AMO SR, with regard to the character of work, continue performing their work from home as a home office to a maximum extent possible. This measure of AMO SR is based on the current resolution of the Government of the Slovak Republic, as well as measures taken by the Central Crisis Staff of the Slovak Republic and the public administration authorities of the Slovak Republic in connection with an emergency situation declared in the territory of the Slovak Republic caused by the spread of coronavirus disease and the declared state of emergency.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to continue using primarily the electronic form of communication with us. You can find contact details at our website in the section General Contacts or in the section Contacts of Heads of Divisions.

Submitting personal submissions to the registry of AMO SR in the mentioned period is possible during the following days and hours of the registry of AMO SR:
  • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays,
  • namely only in the time from 9.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
At the same time, we still recommend you to prefer the electronic submission of your submissions via the website or the e-mail address of the registry of AMO SR
