Joint statement by ECN on EC Guidelines on abusive exclusionary conduct by dominant undertakings

The Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic today, i. e. 2 September 2024, has joined other European competition authorities in the Joint statement by the European Competition Network (ECN) on the European Commission´s (EC) initiative to adopt Guidelines on abusive exclusionary conduct by dominant undertakings.
