According to a notification, the merger is grounded in the acquisition of direct exclusive control of undertaking BDS SPORT GROUP Ltd., over companies A3 SPORT, s.r.o., SR and A3 SPORT, s.r.o., CR.
On 31 March 2022 the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic, (hereafter “the Office“) initiated an administrative proceeding in the matter of merger, which according to the merger notification is grounded in the acquisition of direct exclusive control of undertaking BDS SPORT GROUP Ltd., Cyprus over companies A3 SPORT, s.r.o., Bratislava and A3 SPORT, s.r.o., the Czech Republic.

G 47.71 – Retail sale of clothing in specialised stores
G 47.72 – Retail sale of footwear and leather goods in specialised stores
Third parties, namely natural and legal persons may submit their comments, objections and information on notified mergers to the Office. We request the third parties to submit their comments to the Office as soon as possible after the publishing of notification, which may allow the Office to deal with these comments in the first phase of assessment of notified merger with respecting legal periods.
