On May 2, 2016 the Office initiated the administrative proceedings in the matter of concentration according to which based on notification of concentration the undertaking ESSOX, a.s., Czech Republic would acquire the direct control over the undertaking PSA FINANCE SLOVAKIA s.r.o., Slovak Republic.
Sector: leasing and insurance brokerage
Third parties, namely natural and legal persons may submit their comments, objections and information on notified concentration to the Office. We ask the third parties to submit their comments to the Office as soon as possible after the notification is published. This would be enable the Office (considering the observance of legal periods) to deal with these comments within the first phase of notified concentration assessment.
