MERGERS: AMO SR initiated the administrative proceedings in the matter of concentration of Imre Fazakas, Hungary over the company NORMESTON TRADING LIMITED and NORMESTON GROUP CYPRUS LIMITED

On the 23. December 2015 the Antimonopoly Office of Slovak Republic initiated the administrative proceedings in the matter of concentration, which according to the notification is grounded in acquisition of indirect exclusive control of the Imre, Fazakas, Hungary over the companies NORMESTON TRADING LIMITED, Belize and NORMESTON GROUP CYPRUS LIMITED, Cyprus.
Parties to the concetration act in the diesel oil and motor petrol, LPG and additional good trading and dealing with crude oil.
Third partie, namely natural and legal persons may submit their comments, objections and information on notified concentration to the Office. We ask the third parties to submit theri comments to the Office as soon as possible after the notification is published. This would be enable the Office (considering the observance of legal periods) to deal with these comments within the first phase of notified concentration assessment.
