On 31. October 2015 the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic initiated the administrative proceedings in the matter of concentration, which according to the notification is grounded in acquisition of indirect common control of the company Group E.ON and The Ministry of Economy of the Slovac Republic over the company E.ON Business Services Slovakia spol. s.r.o., Bratislava.
Parties to the concentration act in IT sector.
Third parties, namely natural and legal persons may submit their comments, objections and information on notified concentrations to the Office. We ask the third parties to submit their comments to the Office as soon as possible after the notification is published. This would enable the Office (considering the observance of legal periods) to deal with these comments within the first phase of notified concentration assessment.
