On 22 June 2016 the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic (hereafter “the Office”), initiated the administrative proceedings in the matter of merger, which according to notification is grounded in acquisition of indirect exclusive control of the undertaking Sandberg Capital, sprav. spol., a.s., Bratislava over the undertaking SK Consortium 2 S.a.r.l., Luxembourg and the undertakings under its control (SK Holdco B.V., the Netherlands, Carduealis 2 B.V., the Netherlands, BENESTRA, s.r.o., Bratislava, SR).

Third parties, namely natural and legal persons may submit their comments, objections and information on notified mergers to the Office. We request the third parties to submit their comments to the Office as soon as possible following the publishing of notification what may allow the Office to deal with these comments in the first phase of assessment of notified merger with respecting the legal periods.
