(Bratislava, September 17, 2013) The AMO SR approved on September 9, 2013 the concentration consisting in acquiring of indirect exclusive control of undertaking JUDr. Daniel Křetínský, domiciled in Prague, Kostelní 1102/12, Czech Republic over the enterprise of undertaking AVE CEE Holding GmbH, based in Böhmerwaldstraβe 3, A-4021 Linz, Austria.
The decision came into force on September 9, 2013.
