 On July 26, 2013 the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic initiated the proceedings in the matter of concentration consisting according the Notification of concentration in acquisition of indirect joint control of undertakings Ing. Peter Zálešák and Ing. Ján Tomáš over the undertaking NAY, a. s., Bratislava

Third parties, namely natural and legal persons may submit their comments, objections and information on notified concentrations to the Office. We ask the third parties to submit their comments to the Office as soon as possible after the notification is published.
