On May 22, 2013 the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic initiated the proceedings in the matter of concentration consisting in acquisition of exclusive direct control of Slovak Telekom, a. s., Bratislava over the company DIGI SLOVAKIA, s. r. o., Bratislava.

Third parties, namely natural and legal persons may submit their comments, objections and information on notified concentrations to the Office. We ask the third parties to submit their comments to the Office as soon as possible after the notification is published. This would enable the Office (considering the observance of legal periods) to deal with these comments within the first phase of notified concentration assessment.
