THE UPCOMING CONFERENCE: Current Trends in Slovak and European Competition Law 13 May 2015

Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic in cooperation with the Law Faculty of the Comenius University in Bratislava is preparing the third annual conference on Current Trends in Slovak and European Competition Law. The conference will be held on 13 May, 2015 in the premises of the Law Faculty of the Comenius University in Bratislava.
The aim of the conference is to raise awareness of the importance of competition law and its context in the European practice. The agenda reflects the requirement on exchange of practical experience with the European Commission, European courts, national competition authorities and business community.
Main topics:
- News in Slovak, Czech and European competition law
- Inspections according to national and European law
- The economic approach towards vertical effects (antitrust and merger analyses)
The conference will be simultaneously translated into English.
Participation in the conference is free of charge.
